"Just wanted to let you all know what an absolutely beautiful and wonderful event our daughter's wedding was this past Saturday. The whole weekend went off with barely a hitch. So many involved commented on how nice the facility was and how easy and nice it was having everything all in one place.
The personal service and food were phenominal. We truly felt that we were the only ones you all cared about. I know you can't take responsibility for the sunshine and blue sky just 30 minutes before the ceremony on what had to have been one of the gloomiest days ever, but we give you credit for that too! When we booked it all a year ago we were assured it would be perfect, and it was. The view from the hill was a stunning backdrop for the ceremony.
I couldn't keep track of all the positive comments thoughout the day but we surely impressed out guests - well, you guys did, I just took some of the credit!!!!
My sincere appreciation and gratitude for the beauty and success of Melissa's and Sean's big day. It was a perfect beginning to a wonderful life of happiness together.

"I booked for My Fiance and I stay at the Resort for just one night to de-stress and relax. We arrived and the room I booked was much nicer than I thought it was going to be. Normally when you see pictures on the web of what the rooms look like you normally only see the suites and never traditional rooms so you always seem disappointed because your hoping for what you saw and it never happens. In this case it did happen everything I seen on the web was just like my room but nicer... I loved it.. The king size bed was so large and comfy we didn't want to leave, there were slippers and robes in the closet and the shampoos and soap supplies were very refreshing and soft to the skin.
I booked us for a couples massage with champagne and chocolate cover strawberry\'s. I was amazing the girls were great the champagne and strawberry's were so fresh and delicious. We then went to a restaurant near by because the hotel restaurant was booked and we were very please there as well. I am definitely coming back and this time I plan to be able to Golf and eat onsite. I heard people raving about their meals at the restaurant so next time I will make sure I reserve ahead of time. Again I want to thank all that made our experience here so wonderful. Thanks again. She assisted me early on with the types of rooms offered, rates, and even gave me her own recommendations. I took her advice and the room was beautiful! The wine and dine package was great. Even the live music during dinner in the Tavern was very good.
I was also pleasently surprised about our dinning experience. With a name like the Tavern, I was expecting "bar" food. But to my surprise, it was exactly what I wanted. Elegant dinning, very good food, and exceptional service. I will have no problem referring friends and family as to the Traditions!!"

"I want to tell you again about the fabulous experience your staff has provided my husband and I. First, I would like to remind one year ago, my husband and I were there for our honeymoon and I was able to rave about the experience, as a side note I had suggested maybe doing options for breakfast because at the time you had eggs Benedict. Well when I returned, I was surprised to find out you had options Nd you heard my feedback. Do I believe it was all cause of my feedback? No but I do believe that others were giving the same feedback and you heard and you chose to listen. That is so validating as a patron and I really appreciate that!
When I booked this trip it was really hard because my husband is a truck driver and I never even thought I would get in with Valentines. However when I called and spoke to Stacey, I explained my situation and she did everything she could to work thing out so my husband and I could enjoy a spa and room package. It was a little confusing with going in between so I asked to be transferred and was able to speak to one of the lovely ladies in the spa. She was so kind when I again explained my situation with my husband job and never being able to know more than a day or two before he has off.
Unfortunately, because of the holiday we couldn't do out couples massage but she gave me several options and was very hopeful she could find something to suit our needs. We ended up being able to coming in, getting all the services and on the day we wanting all because this wonderful young lady.
I can not begin to contain my joy, excitement, and gratitude to you and your Staff at Traditions for how much you put my husband and I at ease making it easier us to enjoy each other on our day. I find our experience especially intriguing and unique to Traditions. You do not have just one exceptional person on your staff. Your staff possess an attitude, pride, and spirit which makes it a great pleasure to do business with Traditions, not only making me want to return but share my experience with everyone I know...and those I don't know! I can't explain the feeling I get..tingles...validation...when someone greets you then remembers 6 months later. This blows my mind still. That was Tony. He knew my name, my husband, my son and just has made Traditions for my family and I. The fascinating thing is your staff has sustained the dream of Traditions. Not an easy task with a big facility and large staff! All I can say is Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! You have a loyal and faithful patron!"

"Words could never express how pleased we all were with Hadley and Bill's wedding this past weekend. From our initial meeting with you last year to when we checked out of our rooms on Sunday morning, your entire team did a fantastic job. Things just simply could not have gone better.
Traditions was the perfect venue for our long weekend of events. The front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate the bridal party and the groom's family during a very busy weekend in the Southern Tier. Every detail from the dinner reception to the wedding brunch Sunday morning was handled with ease. Your vendor recommendations of Jimmie Malone and
Richard Anderson were outstanding. Many of our wedding guests were from out of town and everyone was raving about what a perfect place Traditions was for an event. The guests rooms were lovely, the service was exceptional and the meals were fabulous. Comments from our guests included things like "best wedding reception dinner ever". We invited our 70 out of
town guests for breakfast the next morning and they were all happy to return. The Sunday breakfast buffet was the perfect end to a perfect weekend.
Thanks again to you and your entire staff for making this such a wonderful weekend for all of us - especially for Hadley and Bill. They will always look back on this day with warm memories."

"Candace, I wanted to notify you sooner to tell you what a beautiful reception you, Paul Daniels and your entire staff provided for our daughter and son-in-law. It was beyond my expectation and every aspect was appealing, attentive and attractive. The ambiance, the cuisine, and the Venetian Hour were truly wonderful! However, since October 25 the health problems of my mom deteriorated and we have basically been living at Lourdes. My dad was also admitted briefly (chest discomfort and high blood pressure, which I am sure was caused by his concern for my mom). The hospital called me this morning only to report that she fell again during the night. This is quite disturbing and I'm currently awaiting the doctor's phone call.
I realize how fortunate I am that they were both able to attend the wedding and thoroughly enjoy every aspect. Thank you for truly making this a memorable day for all. I hope to be in touch with you in the near future and apologize for not writing sooner.

I am writing to let you know that your well-run hotel and courteous, helpful staff made this difficult time easier for us. We enjoyed your cheerful waiters and waitresses, Mary in particular.
